See which applicants fund their account and use it.
Paid social fills the funnel. Kissmetrics follows each applicant from first click to KYC to a funded account.
Deposits are counted. Which campaign brought them is not.
The channel with the most applications usually gets the budget.
Sample data: a fictional money app, Jul 1 to Sep 30.
- 9,840applications from paid social, the most of any channel
- 22.2%of them funded an account
- 54.2%funded from referral invites, on 3,120 applications
Kissmetrics puts the campaign, the KYC check and the first deposit on the same person.
Four questions every fintech team asks, with a report for each.
Made for the marketers and growth leads who decide where the budget goes. Open the report, read the answer, and ask a follow-up in plain English.

What fintech teams ask before they start.
Straight answers.
Can we track KYC and funding as well as the website?
Yes. Send KYC passed, Account funded and First transaction from your app or backend, and they land on the same person as their first visit: website and app as one person.
Will the numbers match our KYC provider or ledger?
Totals can differ, for example when an applicant can’t be matched to a person, so check three customers you know. Kissmetrics counts people, so it won’t match an ad platform’s conversions either.
How do we start, and do we need a developer?
Install with AI in about 5 minutes and pass the email at application. Ready-made schema examples show what to track and how to name it. Sending onboarding steps from your backend is a job for whoever looks after it.
What is free?
Tracking, the Funnels and Activity reports, the chat, dashboards and live view, with 100k events a month, 3 seats and no card. The Performance report, Populations, People search, visitors from AI assistants and CSV export are on Growth, from $99 a month. See pricing
Who owns the data?
You do. Export any report and its data on Growth, pull it through the API on any plan, and delete a person on request. Privacy policy
