None of the three puts the campaign, the trial and the payment on one person.

Five questions every SaaS team asks, with a report for each.

Made for the marketers and founders who decide where the budget goes. Open the report, read the answer, and ask a follow-up in plain English.

Move the budget. Fix onboarding. Keep the customers you won.

Your ad budget

Some keywords bring lots of trials that never pay. Move that budget to the searches that bring paying customers, then check again in a month.

Performance report, Growth plan

Your onboarding

Most trials that never pay get stuck on the same setup step, long before they see the price. Make that step easier before you touch your pricing.

Funnels

Your LinkedIn budget

LinkedIn rarely gets the credit for the sale, but it is often where people first heard of you. Look at both before you cut it.

Performance report, Growth plan

Your renewals

Spot the paying customers who stopped logging in two weeks ago and reach out before they cancel. The list updates itself every week.

Keep GA4, Mixpanel and Stripe.

Kissmetrics adds what they leave out: the campaign, the trial and the payment on one person.

GA4: who, not just how many

Google’s terms keep names and emails out of GA4 reports. Here each customer is one person, from first campaign to every payment.

Mixpanel and Amplitude: built for the budget owner

Built for product teams first. Kissmetrics is built for whoever owns the acquisition budget.

Stripe: the campaign behind each payment

Stripe shows who paid. Connect it, and each payment lands on the person, next to the ad they clicked first.

What SaaS teams ask before they start.

Straight answers. If yours is not here, write to us.

Will the numbers match Stripe?

Totals can differ, for example when a payment can’t be matched to a person, so check three customers you know. Visitor counts won’t match GA4 either: Kissmetrics counts people.

How do we start, and do we need a developer?

Install with AI in about 5 minutes, pass the email at signup, connect Stripe. The website needs no developer. Ready-made SaaS schema examples, from signup and activation to upgrade and churn, show exactly what to track in your app, so the setup is safe and complete. Identifying people in your app is a job for whoever looks after it. How installing with AI works

What is free?

Tracking, the Funnels and Activity reports, the chat, dashboards and live view, with 100k events a month, 3 seats and no card. The Performance report, Populations and visitors from AI assistants are on Growth, from $99 a month. See pricing

Who owns the data?

You do. Export any report and its data on Growth, pull it through the API on any plan, and delete a person on request. Privacy policy
